Refunds
After being accepted as an exhibitor and paying your booth fee, you are considered to have made a commitment to exhibit. Your fee will not be refunded if you cancel. Accepted artists, who cancel, will be required to rejury next year.
Exceptions to re-jurying may be considered if you have canceled for reason of illness or emergency. If this is the case, you may appeal to the Board to maintain your status as an Invited Exhibitor. Your request must be in writing, including the reason for cancellation, and submitted to the Board within 6 weeks following the show.
Our Commitment to Accessibility
At WAAC, accessibility ties into our values. We believe that compliance to the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) is important. Further, we believe creating a culture of access and inclusion goes beyond the ADA.

We would love to answer your questions and learn how we can meet your needs related to the accessibility of our website. Please contact us and someone will follow up with you shortly.
