AFOS Booth Specifics

Art Fair Off the Square Layout: 
The Art Fair Off the Square is located on the 200 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. and on the Olin Terrace Esplanade leading up to the Monona Terrace Convention Center. Occasionally, the booths on the esplanade are exposed to strong winds. Indicate in the questions section if you could accommodate one of these spaces. Patron traffic is exceptionally high on the esplanade. If you need additional product storage, consider requesting one of the premium or oversized premium booths.

Jury Fee: 
$30, non-refundable.  A separate application and fee is required for each category.  Only one application per category is allowed with a six category limit. 

Membership Fee: 
Membership fees are included with application to the Art Fair Off the Square and/or the Winter Art Fair Off the Square.

Art Fair Off the Square Booth Fees: 
Payment Plan: $346, non-refundable standard booth payment in two installments of $173 each due by April 9th and June 4th. Should the payments not be received by each deadline, the space will be lost.
Early-bird Special: $295 for standard booth paid in full by April 9th.

Booth Sizes: 
Standard: 10’x10’ space with no exterior walls $346
Premium: 10’x10’ space with one of the following: outside display walls (of at least 5’) , high visibility location, or the ability to expand out a short distance from 10’x10’ footprint (3’ maximum) for an additional $50 (Premium Booths: 1-11, 13-24, 35, 36, 59, 60, 71, 72-81, 84-92, 94-98, 102, 108-118, 129, 129, 131, 132)
Oversized Premium: Spaces that are larger than standard 10’x10’ with a minimum size of 10’ deep x 15’ wide for an additional $180 (Oversized Premium Booths: 12, 83, 93, 130, 133)
